As the demand for skilled workers across the construction and infrastructure industry continues to grow, we must look to untapped pools of talent to ensure we can meet the demands of the market – and one of the most valuable, yet under-utilised sources of talent is military veterans.

There is a well-documented skills shortage in our industry. As the country navigates its way towards a vastly different landscape post-pandemic, and the industry prepares to ‘build back better’, there is a genuine worry that there will be insufficient skilled labour to deliver the governments vision.
